When I run out of time I post a picture. Nice bit of art-work. p.s. I plan to watch the ACT cross country championships tomorrow morning. They should be good races to watch and an opportunity to get a few more km under the belt as well.

Training; and cross country this Saturday

On Monday night at Parliament House Kym and I ran 8k early. For the main session Andy, Bron, Colin, Kym, Leonie, Richard, Ruth & Warrick ran 6 x “long loop” 450m on 5 mins, from the NW tennis court > bottom track > 100m hill > very top > tennis court. Some of the group did exercises in between each interval. As for me, I am back training, cold or no cold.

Well they had just completed a session of 200 400 600 400 200 400 600 400 200, jogging back after each interval, trying to start on 2 mins if 200, 4 mins if 400, and 6 mins if 600. No wonder a few of them are looking a little tired.

Participating in the training session were Andy, Christopher, Damian (new), Dan, me, Jen, Leonie, Lorena, Marylin, Mick, Ruth, Vanessa & Warrick.
