Last night at Parliament House Miranda, Ewen, Ruth & I ran early, then we joined the main group for continuous relays - 360m loops at the Rose Garden in teams of three. Present were Cookie, Andrew S, Andy, Bronwyn, Clint, Craig, Derek (left early), Ewen, Garry, me, Jen, Miranda, Peter, Ruth, Sarah, Susan & Tim. All ran for the 32 minutes except for Ewen & I who shared one relay spot: we look forward to seeing Ewen's video of the training session, in due course.
