In 2006 I ran 3,803 kilometres (note spelling), having started the year weighing 67kg and ended it weighing 64kg. After that I have more or less "marked time" according to the same indicators, ending 2007 with 3,905 kilometres and 66kg, and ending 2008 with 4,059 km and 65kg. So I am succeeding in keeping the distance up and the weight under control. As I had peaked at 76kg just over ten years ago, late in 1998, my recent progress is more than acceptable! It takes a lot of work to just "mark time".
