#7. Stop being scared to make a mistake. – Doing something and getting it wrong is at least ten times more productive than doing nothing. Every success has a trail of failures behind it, and every failure is leading towards success. You end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did.

The 30 day plank challenge continues. On day #7: hold for 45 seconds.

  1. Definitely something I need to be reminded of often.

  2. We Australians are much too cautious about many things where if we just had a go instead of trying to plan out everything in advance and get approval we would get a lot more done. Even if one time in ten we failed and had to start again. It would be a lot more productive.

  3. “Our doubts are traitors,
and make us lose the good we oft might win,
    by fearing to attempt.”
