Good King Wenceslas went out to the pizza parlour and ordered a pizza. The assistant asked Do you want your usual? Deep pan, crisp and even?
..but not often.

  1. Good luck to all the Speedy Geese this weekend in the Marathon. I'll be a wimp & just do the 5K. My hat is off to anyone who can run a marathon.

    And congratulations to all the Geese who performed well in Hobart. There were some outstanding performances.

  5. A photograph captures but one moment in time.

    The hidden brilliance of this photo, is that 1 second earlier, my face was contorted in a grimace of agony with the supreme effort needed to keep up with Southy on her warm-up run.

    Congratulations to the photographer. You did well!

  6. Southy, your hat IS off, in the photo you're not wearing one. Tesso, the way I feel I might just run with you after all, 5:15 per km looks good to me right now. Allrounder, I hope you get back to running, on schedule.. Strewth, in case I don't see you at the start, YOU have a geat run. Ewen, he-who-would-be-coach took the photo, but you knew that.
