Announcing Grandchild #14. It's a girl!

Son Nathan and Daughter-in Law Lisa have four boys and were waiting with great anticipation to see if #5 would be a boy or a girl. That's right, they didn't know.

So it was with great joy they were able to announce that Isabelle Jasmine arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning.

As excited as everyone was their #1 boy Jackson whose 12th birthday is today. "This is the best birthday present I have ever had" he is reported to have said.

We wandered along North Terrace and took hundreds of photographs in the Immigration Museum (fascinating) and in the Natural History Museum (fascinating) until we had run out of time.

Sunday at Stromlo Forest Park Andrew, Jen & Thommo ran long, I started but had to stop with a muscle strain. It's a while since I missed a training session. Didn't go Monday but I am told 15 participants did an “easy session”, with David Webster returning after a very long break. Also there were Colin, Garry, Ruth and others.

I may turn up on Sunday 8th at Stromlo and Monday 9th at Parliament House; at least, that's the plan. I will be away the following week but training will continue.
