(1) Open a "Your Result" parkrun email.

(2) Click "Manage Your Profile".

(3) Click "Groups"

(4) Start typing "Speedy Geese".

If someone else is missing, please get them to do the same!!

NOTE: You may join MULTIPLE GROUPS!
