My running streak day 78

I trained with the speedygeese tonight, running most of a 30 minute continuous relay from near the Rose Gardens. My total distance run was 7.3k.
Training tonight were Bernardo, Paul, Colin; Giles, Pieta, Susan; Michael, Vanessa, George (new); Ruth, Jennie with me substituting, Deborah; Rae, Mya and Dave present and not in a team, and an end of the session arrival of Christopher.

Speedygeese, and potential speedygeese, are everywhere.
