Easter Monday at Parliament House, Ewen and I ran a solid 8k early. We were joined at 5:30pm by Alex, Cookie, Andy, Diana and Garry and we ran a set of 200m intervals on the eastern side.

Meanwhile, today is my wife's birthday. Happy Birthday Jenny!
