And were they specific enough?
Let's be intentional about fitness in 2015.
- Have goals. Not just hazy down-the-track ideas but specific plans from day to day; week to week.
- Join training groups which will help advance those goals.
- Have coaches or training partners around you who will inspire you and to whom you can be accountable.
- Be specific about what you plan to do each day.
- Understand why your plan is a good one, what each day is trying to achieve.
- Stick to it; don't keep changing plans in mid-stream.
- Be patient.
- Remember the three Cs: commitment, consistency, common sense.
