A pleasant 12k training run around Atlantic Wharf, down to Mermaid Quay on Cardiff Bay, and across the barrage separating Cardiff Bay from the Bristol Channel. Run completed 21 May 2014. Cardiff, the capital of Wales, is an excellent place to run.
