Yesterday's BBQ Stakes: me 25.57, Roger 28.13, Helen 34.47. Roger is still improving rapidly, Helen is not wanting to push hard, being cautious after two weeks off sick, and I ran with a sore left achilles/lower calf but it seems to be much better for the run.
