So today was just a token 3k jog, to end April, hoping the soreness will disappear asap. It is a legacy of the fast hilly parkrun last Saturday, and is a bit worrying.
So my streak has lasted 233 days; my old record was 217 days which ended on 4 August 2012, and included a 50k race, my one and only, in April that year.
So I will see what tomorrow brings.
So anyway I turn 71 very soon and we celebrated with bubbly last night.
