It was hot at speedygeese tonight and I took the opportunity to jog slowly - just 4.5k in all.
There were 7 of us in attendance, and in the heat the session was 5x200m, 5x100m, which was more than enough. As well as myself, present were Jen, Isaac, Andrew, Bron, Tori and Brownie.
