It was a 10k run for me at Stromlo Forest Park this morning with Andrew, highlights being a temperature of 25 degrees at the start, strong winds, sore muscles, and the crazy Stromlo magpie making its first appearance this year, having slept through spring no doubt. Why it picked on me and not Andrew I do not know. And despite everything, averaging 5:45 per k for a recovery run is not too bad.
