It was parkrun number 114 for me on my 111st successive day of running. Since the temperature at 9am was 28 degrees I declined to do a cool-down, and my warm-up earlier was only 1k loosening up. Other than the first slower km, the target was 5 minute kms, tempo effort. Tempo achieved, more or less. Official time 25:31, but I stood at the start getting my garmin working, so I actually ran 25:25 to followup my 23:23 last Tuesday. Total distance for the day, 6k.
