I enjoyed a jog around at speedygeese after checking out the poppies at Parliament House. The session was 15x160, circuit on 2 minutes, and those at or near training included Allie (and Peach), Giles, Bron (and Shane), (Janene and Gregg), (Christopher), me, Ruth, Jennie, Deborah, Kerron, Richard, Bernardo, Brownie, Craig (half the session), Rae (walking), Tori, (and another group, Hash House Harriers).
