I went out to Stromlo to run some 500m hills with the speedygeese but had to mostly watch as my intermittently sore TFL flared up again. An easier couple of days and it should be alright again, going on past experience.
Training tonight doing 6 x 500m hill circuit on 5 minutes, resting in between, were Isaac, Andrew, Abel (new), Jacob, Colin, Bron, Janene, Joel, me a bit, and Jen doing her own shorter intervals.
