Today I jogged to gym, did my 60 minute strength class, and then ran a solid 6k where the last 4k was with Candy+stroller, making 8k for the day. As with yesterday's run, I haven't felt as fit mid-week for a long time.
It was quite a coincidence that I met up with Candy who was doing a 13k run with Kai her baby, given that just this morning I had posted yesterday's run and added a photo of her.
