Monday morning I ran 3k and attended the gym, a 60 minute "Group Active" class.
Monday afternoon was speedygeese training: participating were Matt (new), Kerron (new), Narelle, Warrick, Bernardo, Colin, Tori, Anthony, Craig, Jacob, Ruth, Ewen, Ricky. I jogged 7k and Candy with Kai also attended.
