My running streak day 32

Today was the first session back at Stromlo Forest park. The group ran 4 x 1km on 8 minutes, the first three around the 1k loop, the fourth being the first half of the 2k loop (i.e. mostly downhill). I ran with Kai, Candy, Jarod, Anthony, Brownie, Jacob, Ewen, Jennie, Isaac, Jen, Andrew and Anthony.

I managed 5.5k and I still don't feel like pushing the pace.
