Ball Throw x 15
Lunges x 20
Done!

This was preceded by my hill session, same as last Saturday
15 minute warmup run
15 x hill springs on 2 minutes (Regatta Point)
15 minute cooldown run
I worked hard and it was humid!

My good looking son-in-law Scotty (Mon's husband) is also doing the challenge with the help of two of their children.
