Watching the Australian Mountain running championships this morning reminded me of Two Steps Twice as the runners struggled up the final hill. A 4km loop, starting and finishing at the top of Stromlo; unusual I think, most mountain runs probably start at the bottom. Courses were 4k, 8k and 12k.
