Summer is nearly here!

  1. Some great year-end results for the Handicap there. But... who won my favourite category - "best average runner (closest to 50% place each race) award"?

  2. Also, I should mention that 'honest Jim White' won his first ever handicap medal today, after 21 years of handicaps.

  3. The winner of the "Mullins" award (the averagest runner) hasn't been published and I wasn't there so I don't know who won it. Any hints, anyone?

Yes it's good to see a runner who goes flat out every time winning a handicap. There should be more of it. Well done Jim!

  6. Ian McDonald won the Mullins in the Thomas. A let down from winning the overall pointscore the year before.

  7. Yes, saw that, but I'll be racing on the track until the end of March. Also I'm not qualified for 6'.
