I managed 4 minute kms for today's 3k Vets Handicap run. This is satisfactory. And the same age percentage as Katie. I must be happy with that.

    Actually, your 12:00 is inherently better than Ruth's 15:00.77 because 12:00 must have been rounded up from something faster than 12 minutes. Bet you didn't start 3 metres behind the line ;)

  2. Both Ken and I estimated my time at about 11:58!
    On the other hand, I jumped the gun to get ahead of Ken on the start line while he was pressing his watch.
    But getting round the F.W.s would have lost me a few seconds.
