  1. Agree totally about getting a good solid base in Speedygeoff, during what may be the off season for long stuff, it will certainly help if or when something goes amiss later on. You definitely need the base to get through the intervals,tempo, hills and other sessions. Actually, don't tell anyone, today was a pretty good run. It also helps keep the injuries at bay, no sub for miles in the legs. I think most don't just do enough running.
